DAMAGED ITEMS

  • All claims related to items delivered damage, defective, or under-shipment of orders must be submitted to us within 10 days of the DELIVERY DATE. 


  • Claims made after the 10th day of DELIVERY DATE will not be considered as a legitimate. 


  • Use the Contact Form to submit a claim. 


OTHER RETURNS

  • Sales are final after 30-days.


  • Shipping and handling cost are non-refundable.


  • Used items are not eligible for refund or exchange.


  • Used items presented for refund or exchange will be returned to customer.


  • New, unused items are eligible for full refund up to 15-days after sale.


  • New, unused items are eligible for exchange up to 30-days after sale.


  • Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling cost on returned items.
